The SMART flats intelligent housing project is being implemented, through its subsidiaries, by the Trigema, a.s., holding, which has been on the market for 20 years since 1994.

Trigema has completed successful housing projects in Prague-Radotín, Jinonice, Stodůlky, Roztoky u Prahy, and Letňany. Within these projects, we have developed about twenty apartment buildings, containing over 1300 new flats.

Besides housing development, Trigema has completed other projects. We inaugurated the Academic hotel and congress centre in Roztoky u Prahy in 2006. We have also completed the cutting-edge sports resort Sportrelax centrum Monínec.

In the summer of 2011, we completed the construction project VTP Roztoky. (Science and technology park with a business incubator and a centre for technology transfer – a new research and development centre for both beginning and established companies especially in the automotive industry, but also researchers and developers from the Czech Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering), to start the construction of another similar project PV Roztoky in 2013.

2Barevné Letňany is Trigema’s latest residential project so far. The modular housing concept was first successfully introduced there, and Trigema is advancing it with SMART. Among other accolades, the 2Barevné Letňany was recognised in the Best of Realty contest, and as the Real Estate Project of the Year.

In addition, the company has reaped awards in the contests Industrial Real Estate of the Year, Construction of the Year, as well as Tour Region Film for the advertising spot for our Monínec resort.

Trigema Development s.r.o. is the exclusive dealer of the SMART flats Nové Butovice project. Trigema Building a.s. is the construction contractor. The architecture is the work of Ing. arch. Daniel Smitka’s studio (Ateliér Daniel Smitka).
