It is a natural endeavour of every manufacturer and dealer to always offer the best thing in every respect at the best price. Any such endeavour has its limits, naturally, which is why we quote here our rules that we follow in each our project and which we are not going to abandon:

Sustainability

When planning any project, we try to think of the future and design our buildings so that they can fulfil their purpose in the long term without needlessly burdening their surroundings and the environment. When choosing the location and planning the project, we therefore look at the surroundings and the existing development, and make an effort so that our projects continue developing the spatial concept

Of course, materials and good workmanship are subject to requirements of sustainability. In all our projects, we try to achieve maximum energy efficiency especially by choosing appropriate materials and meticulous workmanship. Thanks to this, we save our residents’ money for energies and reduce the environmental burden. We apply thermal insulation with deliberation in order to achieve the best results without increasing the construction budget disproportionately – we do not set any targets that we would want to achieve at any cost, we just want to save your money and nature where possible.

Quality

When building, we make high requirements on the materials used and consistent execution of construction work. As much as poor masonry may devalue an otherwise good project, poor execution of construction work will rob a building of the advantages of quality materials.

We treat both our own employees and other contractors with the same uncompromising attitude, to be able to offer products and services of topmost quality.

The standards in our buildings include quality fired bricks and plastic insulating windows with triple glazing. For more information, see the section standards.

Fair pricing

It is our objective to offer quality and smart living or other services at a reasonable and, most importantly, fair price. Therefore, we include no discounts or other preferential treatment for selected clients in the final price. The prices shown on our website are final and, unlike with some of our competitors, we do not overrate them to then be able to offer magnanimous discounts.

We apply a similar attitude to our contractors. We seek not for the lowest offers, but for a reasonable price-to-quality ratio, and we do not try to exploit artisans in our construction projects and rob them of their honestly earned money. Likewise, preferential treatment, favouritism and bribery have no place in our projects, and we will say goodbye forever to any contractor that would hope to buy a contract from us.

We do not race to the bottom or wage price wars, we do not try to destroy competitors – we offer a reasonable price for our services and products, in which we trust and which we try to do honestly. You will find our prices in the price list.
