Partitions
Unit separation walls and interior partitions – concrete or brick (depending on storey)
Interior surface finish of walls and ceilings
Gypsum plaster, while paint
Advantages of gypsum plaster:
- The evenness of gypsum plaster is much better than in stucco (the plaster is ground smooth compared to stucco plaster, which is manually “spun” with a smoother)
- Gypsum plaster does not suffer from uneven distribution of the grit as happens with stucco, so that no clusters of grains and “smudges” occur on the walls
- Gypsum plaster is much easier to repair compared to conventional stucco plaster, and even a lay person can do that. A damaged spot is easily covered with gypsum and ground smooth. In contrast, repairing stucco plaster is very difficult and always leaves visible traces
Surface finish of walls and floors in bathrooms
Ceramic tiling up to 210 cm height, large format (300 x 600 mm), rectified Rako Sandstone tiles (grey, white, sand, brown).
Separate toilets have a tiling up to 120 cm behind the bowl + ceramic skirting at the floor.
e.g., fully sintered rectified Rako tiling
Rectified wall and floor tiles have ground edges, which reduces the natural fluctuation in dimensions. The laying of such tiles is possible with minimal joint width.
Flat floors – living rooms, bedrooms, closets, hallways
Laminated slats or carpeting as per the offer of Barkotex flooring studio, threshold strips between rooms.
e.g., laminated interlocking floating floor of load class 32
Laminated flooring belongs among floorings with very good resilience and minimal maintenance requirements. Load class 32 is used, which corresponds to medium commercial loads – flooring suitable for commercial areas, which is above the quality standard for housing development. The load class chosen allows movement while wearing shoes, movement of larger domestic animals (dogs), loading with travelling office chairs, etc. The flooring laying using a system of mechanical interlocks allows additional replacement of a slat if damaged. The clients will be able to choose the flooring design from at least four flooring designs, including the most popular types such as oak and walnut.
The front door area or the whole hallway will have ceramic tiling with skirting (see flat layout)
