Smart is a smart living pilot project from Czech developers, Trigema. The project has been created based on trends the company noted in its previous projects and has further developed.

Our Smart Apartments project in Nové Butovice will result in two apartment buildings offering three hundred apartments over two phases. As is Trigema’s standard, they will be energy-efficient and will now also contain installation preparations for intelligent living technologies. The project is not just sensitively set within the current neighbourhood, but also aims to develop the Nové Butovice locality, which is an important transport node whose importance as an administrative and shopping centre is growing. As well as modern living at prices comparable to standard new-build, the project will also contain spaces for commercial use and a gallery for Czech photography linked with a café. Natural space for relaxation and drawing new inspiration will also arise here. A new feature of the project is installations for intelligent living technologies. Energy-efficiency and air-conditioning continue to be standard.

Intelligent systems don’t just make living in your apartment more pleasant, but they can also save the owners substantial sums. When residents are not present, they can reduce the operation of all connected appliances, and allow for the comfortable control of lights and temperatures in individual rooms, and more. Acquisition costs are not unreasonably high, and with preparations for installation already done, installation won’t take long.

Following the construction of many new administrative buildings, this is one of the first apartment projects which offers living to a high standard just a few metres from the metro.
