An energy-saving building is designed and executed so that the costs of its operation are lower than in buildings made pursuant to standards and regulations in force. They include chiefly costs of heating and ventilation, cooling in summer, hot water preparation, electricity and water consumption. In the SMART flats project, however, we went even farther. We have added a contact thermal insulation system to the quality fired brick structure and accompanied it with top-class air-conditioning with a heat recovery unit.
Air-conditioning and heat recovery
Whereas previous building projects relied on air exchange via window crevices, modern flats inside low-energy buildings are an almost hermetically sealed system. Therefore, an air-conditioning system takes care of adequate air exchange.
Thanks to heat recovery, fresh air is warmed by the exhaust air, which prevents heat losses through ventilation. The heat that is generated in the flat stays inside, and the fresh air from outside arrives prewarmed to a comfortable temperature. I’d like to know more >
Acoustic insulation
We make it a rule for our projects to have rigorous acoustic insulation. As a result, you will be pestered with noises from the exterior and other flats much less in our flats than in ordinary developments, and you yourself can therefore indulge in whatever you like. Quality loud music, for example. I’d like to know more >
Triple-glazed plastic windows
Although plastic windows are slowly becoming the green standard in the majority of new construction, we are again one step ahead and offer you triple-glazed plastic windows. Compared to double-glazed windows, they provide 40% more thermal insulation and properties incomparable with those of conventional “old” windows. I’d like to know more >
Intelligent systems
Intelligent systems will not only make your living in the flat more pleasant, but can also save considerable amounts of your money. In times of your absence, they can reduce the operation of all the connected appliances, they enable comfortable lighting and temperature control for each room, etc. I’d like to know more >
